Sarah Paydar.
Founder of MyClaimWorth. Builds the editorial framework that connects published settlement guidance to the questions claimants and adjusters actually ask.
Sarah Paydar founded MyClaimWorth in 2026 to address a recurring frustration with the personal-injury information landscape: published authority documents (the Judicial College Guidelines in England and Wales, the Personal Injuries Guidelines in Ireland, the various US state verdict databases, and the equivalent frameworks across the other twelve covered countries) are precise and trustworthy, but rarely accessible to the people whose settlements depend on them. Adjusters, claimants, and even practitioners outside the personal-injury bar regularly value cases on intuition rather than the published bands.
MyClaimWorth's editorial mission is to translate those primary-source documents into plain-English bands, severity tiers, and decision frameworks — without diluting the underlying rigour. Every page on the site is sourced to a named authority document, dated, and reviewed against the original.
Sarah's prior work includes editorial leadership at fairsettlement.org, a sister property focused on US state-level settlement context, and a portfolio of independent reference sites (FreeCV, FreeTTS, GetMP3) that emphasise primary-source rigour and accessible plain-English presentation.
