Working with MyClaimWorth.
A small number of partnerships make sense for an editorial publication on settlement values: academic research, primary-source access, professional verification, and content syndication. A larger number do not. This page sets out which is which.
What we do.
Where editorial independence is preserved and the result is better content for the reader.
Academic research collaboration
Comparative-law researchers studying settlement-band variation across jurisdictions can request anonymised datasets, citation review, and editorial input on draft papers. We provide what we have without expectation of co-authorship.
Primary-source access partnerships
Verdict-database providers, court-record aggregators, and bar associations with relevant data can partner on improving the source citations on jurisdiction pages. We credit the source visibly on the page.
Content syndication
Newsrooms, comparative-law journals, and respectable industry publications may syndicate our articles under a CC-BY-NC licence. Email partnerships@myclaimworth.com for the licence terms.
Professional review
Solicitors, attorneys, and barristers admitted in the 15 covered jurisdictions can provide on-record review of jurisdiction pages. We credit reviewers visibly. Reviewers receive no payment and have no editorial control over the published page.
What we won't do.
Editorial independence is the asset. These are the categories where we decline regardless of the offer.
- Pay-for-listing of law firms
No firm directory, no sponsored placements, no pay-for-ranking. Lists of practitioners (when they exist on the site) are editorial.
- Affiliate or referral fees
We do not take a commission for referring readers to law firms, claims-management companies, or insurance products.
- Sponsored content
No advertorials, no native ads disguised as editorial. Display advertising (where it appears) is clearly demarcated and editorially independent.
- Editorial control in exchange for support
Partners do not approve, edit, or veto pages. Errors of fact are corrected promptly via the standard corrections process.
