Medical negligence settlements
in Wyoming.

By 9 min read

Wyoming gives two years from the act, or two years from discovery if the harm was not reasonably discoverable. A woman whose cervical fusion hardware from Star Valley Health was later found bathed in pus with a perforated esophagus had her dismissal reversed. A patient who had seven spine surgeries in Casper, and was told by a second doctor her back was an absolute mess, filed too late.
